Equipment management is a core feature of Flow Check, allowing you to track and manage all your equipment efficiently.
Equipment is split into two main categories: Supported and Installed.
Supported Equipment
Supported equipment refers to what your business supports. This includes all the equipment types that your organization can handle, and has a unique task list attached. Types of supported equipment include:
- Equipment Types: The general categories of equipment (e.g., vehicles, machinery).
- Equipment Models: Specific models within those types (e.g., Ford F-150, Caterpillar D6).
- Equipment Tasks: The tasks that can be performed on each type or model of equipment (e.g., maintenance, inspections).
Installed Equipment
Installed equipment refers to what your business has installed at a location. This includes all the equipment that is currently in use at various locations, and can be linked to specific tasks and maintenance schedules. Each piece of equipment has an associated QR code for easy tracking and management.
